“THC is the active ingredient in cannabis,” explains Bob, referring to this picture window he photographed in downtown Toronto where cannabis shops were closed down and are up and running again. “They recently legalized cannabis and now people can come out in the open and be themselves. I hope my photo will open people’s minds to recognize that certain things that were once against the law can actually be harmless.”
