The Beauty in Progress

Tomasz took his photo while standing at The 519, an organization for LGBTQ2S communities in Toronto, facing Progress Place. From his vantage point, he captured the glowing lights, the colours and the signage, removing whatever was extraneous in the photo. Tomasz says he knew there was something special the viewer would see. “There is nothing more beautiful than progress, nothing worse than being stuck in one place. Any movement is progress.”
